Teaching Methodology

The Teaching Methodology module provides aspiring yoga teachers with the foundational tools and techniques to create impactful, engaging, and safe yoga classes. This module emphasizes the importance of clear communication, the art of sequencing, and the ability to adapt to the diverse needs of students. Trainees will explore key pedagogical skills that help them become effective instructors, including how to design balanced classes, give clear and supportive instructions, and build confidence in their teaching style.
