Learn - Embody - Teach
The foundations of our Chiang Mai Yoga Teacher Training are divided into 3 Basic principles (Learn, Embody, Teach). We use these principles to guide students through a systematic approach to yoga that supports you in tapping into your highest potential on and off the mat.
Throughout this teacher training program, you will expand and develop your own yoga & meditation practice while learning how to share it with others. The 3-principal approach will give you in-depth knowledge and understanding about yoga & meditation, the chance to embody and integrate that knowledge into your own practice on and off the mat, preparing you to teach yoga & meditation with clarity and purpose.
